How To Create A Report
Reports allow you to filter leads and view performance data.
Step 1 – Open Rates
Click Reports on the left sidebar.
Step 2 – Select Date Range
Choose from one of two options:
– Date Added: Filters leads based on when the lead was created, for example, leads added this month.
– Status Change Date: Filters leads based on when the lead status was last changed, for example, deals closed in a given period.
Step 3 – Choose Filters
You have many different options to filter by, custom to your business.
Step 4 – Advanced Filters
Click Advanced Filters to show more options.
These may include:
– No activity for X days
– Callback overdue
– Unassigned leads
– Missing data
– Stalled leads
Step 5 – Export Results
Click Export CSV to download results.
